Crewing is the deepest system in Star Trek Fleet Command and the hardest to research. The answer to “what should I put on my bridge?” changes with the target, your ship, your ops level and which officers you actually own — and most of that knowledge lives in Discord messages that scroll away.

STFCCrew is an attempt to pin it down. Players submit crews for specific scenarios: the captain, both bridge seats, the below-deck line-up, and the alternatives to use when you don't have the ideal officer yet. The community votes, and the crews that actually work rise.

What makes a submission good

• • A specific scenario. “Level 51 Separatist grinding” beats “good PvP crew”.
• • The reasoning. Which ability does the work, and in which round.
• • Alternatives. Most players are missing at least one officer.
• • Battle logs. Numbers from real fights settle arguments that opinions can't.
